Gina Mary Bahhage, Owner/Designer
“Life is an endless struggle full of frustrations and challenges, but eventually you find a hair stylist you like.” – Author unknown
Being a hair designer is not a career that I chose, it chose me; I simply started doing what I loved to do and the rest came naturally and easily.
I have been serving the Issaquah community since 1990. In many ways I feel that the city of Issaquah and I grew up together. We have given so much to each other. And, after all the time that has passed, neither one of us is the same. We are both better and we continue to improve. I do my best to give back to the Issaquah community through many charitable programs like Friends of Youth and Locks of Love as well as several local schools and non profits.
Hair Design is my passion. I continue to educate myself on the latest fashions in order to create a style that works for each individual client that sits in my chair.

“The hair is the richest ornament of women” – Martin Luther
I have been working for 12 years as a cosmetologist, 10 of which, at Gina Mary Hair Design. I have always had an interest and passion for hair. As a child, my friends could not leave until they had received their makeover. I get such fulfillment from being able to create new hair styles and colors for my clients that really suit them, and enhance their beauty.
To me… there is nothing better than seeing a client leave our salon, walking a little more confident than when they walked in, because they look great!
Currently in the salon: Thursday 9:30am – 2:30pm, Friday 9:15am – 5pm

“Your work is to discover your world and then with all your heart give yourself to it” - Buddha
Hey! My name is Britt, I’ve been a stylist since 2005. Being a hairstylist, I feel I was given this gift to give women a sense of beauty through their hair!
I graduated from Gene Juarez Beauty Academy with attendance and academic honors in the top 3 of my class. I have worked with Framesi for the past year and I’ve been trained in Vidal Sassoon hair cutting.
Many things in hair inspire me, but it’s my clients who bring it to life.
Outside of work I like being active. I enjoy snowboarding and going to the gym.

Sandy Neth, Designer
I've been a stylist for more than 10 years and the best part about my job is my clients. I love getting to know each and every client, learning about their lives and creating a personalized look while they're in my chair.
I enjoy formulating color and creating shape through a cut that not only suits my client's skin tone and unique features but their personality as well.
I love what I do and my clients inspire me everyday. Making people feel beautiful is my committment.
